Terms for thoughtful classroom use

TLM Lab provides an educational catalogue, classroom activity guidance, planning tools, an optional assistant, and related teacher resources. Some features work offline or on your device; others require an internet connection and a signed-in account.

Assistant answers and suggested activities may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular learner, language, classroom, or local requirement. Teachers must review age appropriateness, factual accuracy, accessibility, safety, curriculum alignment, and required approvals before use.

A label such as “Rajasthan FY 2026–27 mapped catalogue” or “proposal-aligned” describes the source mapping in this service. It does not by itself mean that an item has received official approval, purchase authorisation, or deployment status.

Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You retain your rights in material you create or upload. You give TLM Lab the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that material solely to operate the features you request.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, documents, student-related material, and shared resources. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential records you are not authorised to handle, or material that unnecessarily identifies children.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, harass or endanger people, bypass security, disrupt the service, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or generate harmful classroom instructions. Do not attempt to obtain another user’s private history or saved resources.

When current information is requested, the assistant may provide links to external sources. A link is not an endorsement, and availability or accuracy can change. Check primary educational or official sources when the decision is important.

The service may select between on-device and cloud-enhanced guidance to keep use simple. You can see the active mode and may choose an available mode manually.

We work to keep TLM Lab useful and available, but individual features may be interrupted, corrected, replaced, or withdrawn. Offline availability depends on what has already been downloaded to the device and on browser support.

We may limit content or account access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain service security. Where practical and lawful, we will provide an explanation and a route to ask for review.

TLM Lab is a support tool. Each teacher and institution remains responsible for classroom decisions, supervision, procurement, permissions, and compliance with applicable policies. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect service, safety, or legal changes. Material changes will be shown with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
